Product is great and as expected, but delivery (FedEx) was confusing with 3 dates given and the time quoted for delivery seemed to change often. It seemed from the tracking that the parcel had been sent back to Spain because of insufficient paperwork. The parcel didn't arrive on the first or second dates given, and when it did arrive we hadn't received an update.

Fantastic company with great products. I probably have more than a dozen pairs of Natural World shoes and when they get their next batch in im grabbing more before they sell out once again. These are the most comfortable shoes ive ever owned and they are great looking and made of eco products so even my vegan daughter loves them, The company’s staff are great and get back to you quickly and efficiently. Postal costs are very reasonable too so win win all round xx
