Verified reviewNatural World Eco have a good customer care department. They respond very quickly to enquires. My order did get stuck in customs and for some reason was returned, however they were quick to look into it and send me my order back. My only hesitation is the returns, if the product doesn’t fit, you have to pay for it’s return and estimate if there will be a customs charge which will also need to be covered. A little time consuming and complicated. Otherwise a wonderful product and nice people.

Verified reviewSite was good and selection and payments good. Delivery advertised as 72 Hours, but certainly was't. No Notification of delivery date or card from DPD that they had tried to deliver. No email regarding status until I contacted the tracking service re where the collection Point was. All this needs to be more explizit on completion of the Order. Texts were sent but given the high number of spam texts were not opened. The texts had no collection or re-delivery information - amiss! Finally picked up the shoes 2 weeks after ordering when collection location revealed. Not good enough.
