  The parking did not open at our arrival and we followed the instructions written in the email and took a ticket. At the exit the bar did not open as well and we remained blocked in the parking - it was not possible to exit and it it was not provided any assistance. In the instructions that you sent (email) it is not written what to do after that you take a ticket to enter the parking (even if you are not supposed to do it in the first place). We were able to exit just thanks to the cleaning service that opened the bar manually. In a nutshell: - poor instructions - not fully functional service

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 18:00 (CET). Outside those hours you can talk to our emergency service in English or French. We can see that you have exited the car park on monday the 28th at around 10:00 in the morning. Upon contacting us we could have explained the single-entry policy and could have reactivated your access code without the need to make another booking.

  Parking garage was clean and secure. When I went, there were available spaces to park. Prices seem competitive. The email instructions did NOT give a location of the parking attendants office and I had a multiple in and out ticket but it only worked once without being reset.

  I was unable to book at one of the partner parking sites, which was a bit confusing. I eventually looked further down the list and found another site that was actually cheaper, so it worked out well in the end.

  A l'arrivée, l'accès aux places onepark est bien indiqué. Nous avions un Dacia Dokker avec un attelage vélos et aucun problème pour se garer les places sont grandes. Nous sommes sortis avec les vélos par l'accès voiture ce qui a annulé l'abonnement. Nous avons contactés la société et le problème a été résolu immédiatement. Au top pour se garer dans Paris
