  The reader did not accept our license number on our last day. It was very stressful. Once we figured out the intercom (not really visible) the person we spoke to entered our license number and we were able to leave.

  The good thing is that they answered rather quick. I had a problem with paying which was because of the strong security of my bank. So I had to change the payment through another bank account. It would be helpful to be able to pay via PayPal in case the bank account doesn't work for whichever reasons. So I could manage it. But an alternative to a credit / debit card would be nice. Now we will see how it works..... Thank you

  In biarritz in the park where I booked the personnel was not aware at all of the procedure of the guests booking with one park. They didn’t recognize my booking and I had to pay the ticket plus the payment I made with you, I paid twice. The personnel spoke only French not another language at all so it was impossible to explain them.

  It was easy to make an account and make a reservation for a parking space in Milan. However, we will travel with a rented car, so I could not fill in the required information. I filled in our own car (comparable in size) and will change the information when it is available. It would be helpful to give the customer the option to choose: rental car, approx. model. Or the option to fill this in later.
