  1. wasn't clear enough for me to get into the parking .2 the machine did not recognize my car number so could not enter unless I got a ticket which I did.3 on departure could not get out unless I paid the parking again, The staff were very helpful at the ticket office but they insisted that I had booked but had NOT paid.I showed them all the correspondace from one park to show that I had paid even for the extra hour which I did pay but I still had to pay again.I am not inpressed at all.4. Further info was sent to me on my e mail on the day after I departed from my home and since I was going on holiday I did not take ,no laptop or any other device so your last message sent to me with ref to possible problems and what to do was no good as I did not get it untill I returned.

  The Valet service I booked through OnePark were great, a super service. I accidently booked the incorrect return date, but on arrival, they managed to re-jig their staff/planning to go and collect my car, really appreciated them going the extra mile for me. Will def use again. Also relieved to find my car exactly as I left it :)

  Easy purchasing. Hoping it will all work out as easily as it sounds. No parking within 10mins of our hotel in the 3rd arrondissement, but a slightly longer walk. No issue. Also would be easy if you accepted Paypal and or Amex. But overall Mastercard and Visa are totally fine. So far great experience!

  Beware when reserving from another timezone as the time you pick is the time from that timezone, not the destination time! When I realized that, I modified my reservation time but I realized when I was parked that the multiple entry I originally had on my booking was lost by the Onepark system during the modification process. I ended-up with a sigle entry booking. Even worst was that exiting the parking by foot through the garage door (the pedestrian exit was closed) using the entry code, makes it that the code no longer works to enter recuperate your car and exit the parking… The app and program are not mature and are buggy… I ended up not being able to use our rental car during our 2 days in Paris.

  When I was booking, I got a warning that I already have a booking for the same dates in my cart and that I would be double charged, however I didn't have it, I had to recheck that few times and spent some time on that. The booking itself went smoothly.

  2nd Keypad was not working when arrived, but was fixed a day later. Hotel helped to get in. Changing the time of the booking resulted in cancelation of first booking and new booking was rejected at first try. A new booking worked afterwards.

  Rein- und Rauskommen aus dem Parkhaus war problemlos. Leider sind die Parkplätze nicht gut ausgeschildert, die man benutzen kann und der Parkplatz ist sehr klein, mit einem großen Auto könnte man Probleme mit dem Ausstieg bekommen. Dennoch ist das Auto gut untergebracht und sicher! Das ist die Hauptsache.

  Overall, Onepark is very good. However I have experienced a problem when using a carpark. When my U.K car registration cannot be recognised by a French car park, I cannot find OnePark phone number for help. Also I was stuck as my french is not good enough to talk to French people. Eventually I went to Indigo car park office, which is the company OnePark booked the parking space for us and luckily met a French lady who could speak very good English. She told us we need to press the button and say "La plaque immatriculation MY01 CAR" ( i.e. my car registration in French ) when entering or exiting the car park.

  Not trusting my e-mail provider, I opted to print the details - it came to 4 pages! I copied and pasted it into MS Word, but despite being adept, could only reduce that to 3 pages - perhaps you could consider a 1 page summary. For the offer variety, I only wanted to park at the station in Narbonne, so this option is totally superfluous to me. I am putting a 1 so that it highlights the absence of an "N/A" for this field.

  I had to book and pay for the second time. I have booked the parking space for 5 days, but my booking was cancelled after less than 2 days, because the car was used for the transportation within the canton in the day and we have left the parking place.
