Discovered this company a while ago. They are an awesome way to obtain French pharmacy products when I cannot get to France (like now!). Terrible experience. I still don't have my £200 order after 2 months. After no sign of life and multiple messages and calls I was finally informed the order was on it's way. However when I finally received the delivery the box contained completely the wrong order. Sanavera now asking me to carry this erroneous delivery to the post office and send it back to France prior to releasing my order.

Will never order from here again. I placed my order on the 11th May and paid for 3 to 4 days delivery. I didn't receive any dispatch emails at all. On the 19th I decided to email customer service. On that same day I received a message to say my items have been dispatched. Needless to say they forgot about my order until I emailed them because they didn't dispatch my items until I messaged them. At this point the customer service just told me your item has been dispatched and will arrive within 5 days. No apologies nor explanation as to why it didn't get dispatched earlier within the agreed delivery times that I paid for. Then even after asking customer service to explain, I still received no response or apologies. Only after a few more days had passed I am informed by them that my items are on the way and here is your tracking. Will never ever order from here again. On top of this one of the products had a broken top.

Be prepared that in these post Brexit days it takes a few working days to receive your order. That's the same for other French retailers. I received all my French toiletries in good order delivered by the English Post Office. I usually stock up on these on visits to France so it's great that in these Covid times I can get great French products at reasonable prices. I will order again when I am ready.

Took over 2 weeks to deliver urgently required bandages. Phone line puts you on hold for 5 minutes then you get a message in French and get cut off. Bare minimum explanation when sent email asking where purchase is. Will not use again.

And this is the first time I have ever left a bad review. All I requested was a refund on my postage. I was unable to give the item as a gift because the box was completely broken.

The delivery took about 10 days, because I live in UK, I done a order long time ago so I forgot to change the old adress so I called after 4-5hrs and asked them to change the adress so they changed it but told me that they can change just during few hrs since the order was placed, but regarding the time delivery it didn't bother me; I didn't pay the delivery because the order was +100£; so ... in 10days the order was delivered, but during the delivery the box was damaged and I didn't get all my items...i was stressed a bit, but after I contacted their team, I called on their nr and a lady gave me the instructions what I need to send them; Very good customer service and very professional ! Everything was solutioned during 4-5 days, yes I was frustrated of what happend but anyway thank you Sanareva that you really care abut your customers!

I went on Sanareva site to order products which I had already got an email saying 20% off. So I had no problem selecting the products I required and it is so easy to get around the site to order. Each product you can go in and see the size and also see how it is used. Very efficient.

The site and order process were really good. Despatch took a few days, not sure why. Delivery also took longer than I was expecting but customer service was able to update me and I think the timing is outside of the company's control.
