    Dear Sabeen, We our very sorry to hear that the transit took so long. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 3 to 5 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. You ordered on August 11th and your order was dispatched on September 6th.Unfortunately, your parcel seemed to be blocked in customs on September 10th and was released on September 14th. There is a risk when ordering that your goods may be retained in customs for a few days, we unfortunately don't have control on that. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.     The products were great but delivery wasn't. Over £9 by Royal Mail - but no tracking. The parcel arrived without any notice so I wasn't in. Two of us had to drive to the local Royal Mail depot (because there is no parking) on a Saturday to collect the parcel.

Our new courier is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £7.90 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £79.     You have to be patient. Sanareva is based in the South of France and they are reliant on Shippers to get the goods to England, and there's no doubt that the beaurocracy of Brexit holds things up. But what I ordered, Eona massage oil for circulation, is superb and for me absolutely worth the wait. If you're not patient though you'll end up with the 60% of bad reviews which I must admit nearly put me off. By the way, put your order number on each communication you make. I did and they answered me promptly and the parcel arrived the following day. I am very happy with what I bought.

    Would give 0 (ZERO) stars if this was possible. I have never ordered from such an unhelpful company before and will not be ordering from them again. Ordered the over £60's of items and paid £8 for postage etc. to get the order in the next few days ... it took over 2 weeks for the delivery and even though I tried to cancel the help staff would not tell me how to cancel the order. Shocking customer service absolute horror of a company to deal with.

    I am fully aware of the issue with delivery .. the bad experience I had was with email communications where I repeatedly asked on how to cancel the order as the items were time sensitive and once they were not delivered on time meant I had to purchase alternatives so I wanted to cancel but no one would tell me how to do it.

    I am very disappointed by your customer service. I have purchased online some cosmetics, and an item didn't arrive in the box. After explaining that to your customer service, they only gave me the option of giving me back the money .Which I didn't want...I wanted them to send me the item I have purchased!!!     As I explained it is not a replacement it is a missing item and the mistake was made by your services, I was expecting you to send me the item plus a compensation for the mistake you made! But you did nothing, the refund has not solved the problem! I am so disappointed

    I read so many bad comments about Sanareva but only after I've already ordered and I freaked out lol. I've asked for a question and customer support replied promptly even though I've found those answers in FAQ at the same time. They were really helpful. The order came in a week even though it's coming from EU to UK, I would have expected it longer. Product is great, I got it for almost half a price. Yes with EU plug, but I was kind of expecting that since coming from EU. But really not bothered with it as it came with brilliant price. I'd definitely recommend Sanareva and will not hesitate purchasing feom them again.

    I love browsing and buying from Sanareva. There are so many products to browse and so many we can not get easily in the UK if at all. Many we can buy are cheaper too. We pay a little more for shipping now, only a small extra, but it does include all the necessary taxes or custom charges to come into the UK.     The products have incomplete descriptions on the site, making you buy the wrong ones by mistake/ disinformation. A make up sponge came with no packaging, all dirty.... the products are sent from Spain but there is no info regarding that.

    Good quality products and great prices! I will be using them again in future. The only downfall was the cost of postage (the most expensive postage I have ever paid, ever!)
