  Guys working in store are very knowledgeable, approachable and simply nice. The equipment is excellent and they have a good selection. Book online for the best price. They are flexible enough if you want to swap skis for snowboard for the last couple of days. Excellent service!

  Very helpful staff in the La Plagne Villages Skimium shop. The equipment was excellent. The staff had good tips about the easiest runs to re-learn skiing after a year away. My wife sadly broke her collar bone on the toboggan run (Colorado Luge at Le Plagne) and they gave a refund for the unused days of her ski hire. We were also able to order fresh baguettes and croissants each morning from the Skimium shop.

  The guys at Skiloc 2300 were superb. Lovely people, funny, nice and jolly. Well done them. All was fine. Minor point - I had to make a change to the original booking, but could not do online, so emailed twice but this did not get to them. It did not matter in the end as they just accommodated anyway, but just for info. Steve

  Very quick and knowledgeable service. Also, while I was at lunch one day, another customer accidentally took my skis from the rack and the shop were very helpful. They sorted it out quickly and if they hadn't, they would have replaced the skis. Very understanding.

  Used this shop for rentals for the past few years, always very quick and efficient and also they're brilliant at exchanging boots etc. when the kids have found the initial pair uncomfortable

  The equipment rented and the service received were both first class. Our reserved equipment was ready when we arrived and there was no waiting time. On return the process was exactly the same and we out of the store in np time. Twice we we have rented equipment from Sanglard sports from the Chamonix store last year and Argentiere this year. We will not go anywhere else when in the the area.

  Very friendly. Helpful with swapping out uncomfortable boots and switching equipment when we snowboarded for a day. Shop owner helped me try many pairs of goggles then in the end I didnt purchase but no animosity and no pressure to buy - very impressed. Please my friends bought them for me in the end for all his help!!

  Les ski étaient en bon état mais les fixations vieillissantes. Les fixations arrières ne tenait pas bien, malgré un reglage au poids, je pouvais enlever mon ski a l'arrêt en tapant a plat sur l'avant du ski. J'ai pris une mauvaise chute à cause de cela et me suis blessé.

  We picked up our gear at peak time on a Saturday evening, so had to wait quite a while and it wasn't certain that they would have the right size helmets for us. But the staff in the shop were lovely and very calm and cheerful in spite of the queues, which made it a much more bearable experience. Merci beaucoup!

  A couple of our group wanted to change their skis for one reason or another. This was not a problem at all when they re-visited the hire shop and they were promptly given alternative equipment. We would highly recommend Skimium for their helpfulness and assistance throughout our stay.

  Lack of guidance during boot fitting left us confused. Otherwise great service from other employees. Unfortunately I received defective bits with a metal part jutting through the liner and against the top of my foot leaving me blistered and in pain for the whole holiday, even with the 15 euros I spent on protective plasters. I replaced the boot as soon as the problem was obvious but by then the damage was done. Quality checks have clearly been insufficient.

  We arrived at the shop only 10 minutes before it closed (our journey from the airport was disrupted) but the man who served us was still welcoming and unhurried.
