  Go upstairs for paperwork and then downstairs for skis system a little odd - and not flagged in advance, so I queued theee times. Once in ski queue (to be told to go upstairs), then upstairs (for paperwork) and then back to the back of the ski queue.

  Always good service fly in late Sat night ski hire always ready for 8am collection straight up into Brevant brilliant service finished skiing of Thursday at 5.30pm back to the hire shop handed back the skis into the bar for 6pm can’t beat the shop and service plus discount when you book online two months prior to rental keep rocking SKIMUM CHAM ❤️❤️

  Peclet is a small shop with less equipment than the others. There was no queue unlike Skiset next door. I pre booked and no problems picking up, i just felt that the skis we had were not the standard that I had booked

  I have used this company for 14years but this is now the last time. Ski’s were really poor wuality. Badly maintained and edges dreadful for the ski conditions. This company need to care about the relationship between well mairained ski’s and safety on the slope.

  Overall - great experience - i am a return hirer at the Argentiere Sanglard shop for a few years and service has always very good and quality equipment at competitive price is always offered. Well organised as my ski pack (and all others) was ready in advance and issued immediately, and there is plenty of staff to minimise customer wait even when busy. The choice to hire ski lockers is really good, so we can walk back to accommodation in comfort. Shop situation is very close to ski lift and is short walk in the morning - if snow cover is good, then it is possible to ski back to the shop. Anything to minimise walking in ski boots is good- and Sanglard shop /Skimium

  We rented skis from Skimium at Peclet ski service in Val Thorens. We were really satisfied with this service, it was very quick and easy to both rent and return the skis and also swap skis during the week for snowboards for only a minimal charge. Also got a great group offer on the skis with all the discounts offered online by Skimium. I highly recommend and will we using this service again upon returning to Val Thorens.

  The service was mediocre and the employees appeared arrogant and inattentive. They sent us out of the shop without adjusting the size of the bindings to the boots and without adjusting to the correct weight. There were only one other couple in the store than us -so it shouldn’t be hard to deliver a more appealing service.

  I have used Skimium for a number of years now and I don't think I have ever been disappointed We were particularly pleased this year the shop was near our apartment, the equipment was perfect and the gentleman in the store could not do enough to help us, he went above and beyond and so friendly.   Excellant service from La Tania Was expecting longer skis but the girl suggested a shorter type with good edges as not skied this year. Glad I took her advice as skis were excellent and I kept them all week

  I rented the top level equipment. The boots were mid level at best and smelled sweaty. The service was good. I wanted a stiff boot and all mountain ski to go off piste. The equipment was not quite right

  Hello and thank you for your feedback. We always prepare the shoes during the morning of the day before the first day of booking. Customers can collect their equipment from 3pm onwards, so the shoes are dry in plenty of time. We also disinfect all shoes as soon as they are returned, to avoid odor problems, among other things. Don't hesitate to let us know what you think once you're in the store, and we'll make any necessary adjustments. In your case, you wanted to change skis, which we did, but you didn't tell us about the boots. We hope to see you again soon in Chamonix!

  The whole process from booking online to getting our equipment in store was extremely painless. The guys in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes - I would thoroughly recommend skimium

  The store seemed to be surprised by our arrival, had no record of a skimium booking and had to ask us if we had paid the full amount or just a deposit. Having said that they took us at our word and quickly provided our equipment. On returning the equipment they asked our name but had no record of renting it out! This does make us somewhat worried that there may be some comeback if they have a problem in future. Service was efficient enough but perfunctory, didn't feel we were particularly welcomed. Equipment was OK skis could have done with a wax and edging. Having said we didn't have to wait, was the quickest service I can remember.

  Great service, came in the day before and was able to pickup the gear after 14:00. After a couple of questions they picked gear suitable for my level (beginner) and it was a lot better than gear I had last year at another store brand in Tignes. Had a great week of skiing with no gear issues. Would 10/10 recommend this shop for renting gear, especially if you are in Les Menuires great Reberty. Thanks again!

  No-one warns us about the deposit. Also they didn't accept online cards or cash. That's quite an unusual thing in European resorts. Also I didn't get why I payed for the insurance in case of loss when I was still forced to leave a deposit.

  We arrived at 13:40 and the store was closed for lunch. We couldn't wait because we had a ski lesson at 14:00 and so we went to Intersport to rent our gear instead because they were open. I would like my money back. Thank you!

  Very good and efficient staff. Cheap and effective equipment however one of my skis the plastic started to peel off. Overall a very pleasant experience though.
