We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. You kept the same skis for three days (skis that corresponded to the experience range you chose when you made your reservation). You could, of course, have returned to the store to exchange them and spoken to us directly, rather than letting us know several days after your rental via a comment. All our skis are maintained, checked, and waxed after each use. It is possible that the model you had simply did not meet your expectations or suit your style. In this case, an exchange would have corrected the situation immediately. Regarding your comment on the welcome, we had made an exception for your group by allowing you to come in two hours before the scheduled time for your rental the next day. However, you arrived 1.5 hours late, which meant you arrived at the same time as the other reservations. Despite this, we did our utmost to ensure that your service was provided in the best possible conditions. I remember telling you several times that if you had any concerns, you should not hesitate to come back and see us. We are always available at the store to talk to you directly when necessary. Émilie, Jordan, and the Skimium Saint Gervais Sports team!!!
