  I have raised a refund query as I was unable to visit the store to collect the ski's and despite two emails, one prior to the rental starting and one since the period ended, but have not received any response yet...please can you address this?

  Upon returning the equipment into was alleged that the ski I used were broken beyond repair. I am a very cautious skier and did not know whether the skis were damaged or if they had been damaged when I had originally picked them up. The staff at the store were aggresive and intimidating when returning the equipment.

  Booking in advance via the Skimium website gave additional discounts with an option to cancel if required. collection and return at the skimium shop was quick and easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  After booking the Skimium website "My Bookings" showed my reservation for different dates to that of my email confirmation & pdf Rental Confirmation. This caused confusion and worry that the booking was incorrect. The Email & pdf Rental Confirmation was correct. On first attempt at booking this caused me to cancel my order as I thought I had entered the dates incorrectly. Other than this the booking engine is easy to use. The rental all went well in the end.
