  Pleasant representatives. They were out of my very long (tall guy) skis , despite a reservation, and after some friendly discussion , upgraded me for free to the more expensive package.

  I’ve rented ski material for both me and my wife (skis, boots, helmets). The staff was super friendly, and the process was done with a lot of care to get the right set of gear. Will use this shop’s services again next year.

  Was a bit shocked to have been given wet skis that had literally just been handed back. No servicing or waxing beforehand. Boots were nice but the quality of the skis were terrible. The guys were nice but they clearly don’t care for the quality of equipment being handed out and they took the lazy option.

  Excellent service. This is my third year going with Skimium for our family. I will use them again. This year I had to change my boots and it was no bother, very helpful staff.

  Great service from friendly staff. They guided me to a better choice of ski for my ability and intended type of skiing. Locker service is very reasonably priced and the shop is perfectly situated being 100m or so from the main access gondola. This is my 4th consecutive use of the Sanglard shop at Argentiere and will continue to be my choice in future. Other members of our annual group now use this shop and are on the Skimium mailing list. Highly recommended.

  The Sanglard team in Argentiere are excellent and very helpful. No queues and plenty of equipment. The skis had a few chips and scratches on top but the bases and edges were in excellent condition.

  I ordered a premium snowboard but they clearly only had one type so I may as well have hired a beginner one and saved some money. The condition of the board was poor, I took it back and asked to have it sharpened but the following day the edges were still very blunt.

  We were a group of 9 (family and friends) from NI with a variety of skiing abilities. We had a great fitting with Alex and Terence…they had much of our equipment prepared in advance so it was quick and easy. My 2 sons wanted to try all mountain skis for the final couple of days and the guys in the store were happy to accommodate this . Returns were equally as efficient. Thank you.

  The equipment rented and the service received were both first class. Our reserved equipment was ready when we arrived and there was no waiting time. On return the process was exactly the same and we out of the store in np time. Twice we we have rented equipment from Sanglard sports from the Chamonix store last year and Argentiere this year. We will not go anywhere else when in the the area.

  Overall - great experience - i am a return hirer at the Argentiere Sanglard shop for a few years and service has always very good and quality equipment at competitive price is always offered. Well organised as my ski pack (and all others) was ready in advance and issued immediately, and there is plenty of staff to minimise customer wait even when busy. The choice to hire ski lockers is really good, so we can walk back to accommodation in comfort. Shop situation is very close to ski lift and is short walk in the morning - if snow cover is good, then it is possible to ski back to the shop. Anything to minimise walking in ski boots is good- and Sanglard shop /Skimium

  Friendly and attentive staff who efficiently sorted out hire gear, and showed us how to use our locker. Staff always welcoming and helpful each day. Great situation near lift. Also benefit of good discounts on the hire cost and the website with different packages with +/- options was very easy to use. I will certainly use the Sanglard shop in future visits to Argentiere, and Skimium booking service when hiring.

  The booking process is really straightforward online and the staff were fantastic when we came to collect our gear. They were even better when we arrived back late on the last day and they allowed us to return our equipment when they could have turned us away. We've used them several times now and will continue to do so, always great service.
