    I was surprised that my younger daughter was given a longer set of skis than myself and my older daughter when the younger daughter is shorter and a less experienced skier than myself and my older daughter. I wished I had noticed that sooner. She struggled all four days of skiing.

    all good, quick and easy. Thank you. I did however have to return my skis and boots a day early as i fractured my arm. In the Shop I was told that someone would email me with details of a refund for the one day. I have heard nothing as yet. please can you let me know the procedure. I had a medical note to explain. thank you. Paula
