Verified reviewstaff not being fully aware of what i had ordered prepaid for, they were expecting us but at the details. We arrived on Monday and they insisted they take a deposit if we take the skis on the Monday mid afternoon. This never happened before in skimium shops when I've used you in the past. Also at the end of the week on Friday afternoon, we phoned to ask what time the equipment needed to be back on Saturday. The staff said there would be an extra charge if we returned on Saturday. They were not aware that my contract I had paid for included monday to saturday. because of this we returned the kit on friday evening There was a lack of ability to find my name on the contract to check my details that meant I lost out by a day and a half.

Verified reviewMy experience was very good. The personnel is very friendly and they can communicate in Spanish, English or French, so it is very handy. Great costumer service.
