Very busy on pick-up. More disorganised than other shops on pick-up day. Queue tailed outside shop.

Was given a pretty poor ski to use by it appeared a fairly disinterested guy, I got the feeling he took one look at me and palmed me off with some old rubbish, he didn't even ask my weight. After 2 days I swapped the skis a different person served me with a much better attitude and the skis were great

Staff were nice and friendly buy seemed a little puzzled when we returned to change our daughter's ski boots. They swapped them for another pair and all was good after that.

Mostly great, but my daughter was given skis that were quite a bit too big for her. She needed to try different boots after a couple of days and this change was v easy and the shorter skis when we realised worked great.

All round fantastic service with new equipment... Great flexibility and knowledge and very good technical English when my French ran out! Always a pleasure to use Skimium and Le Lodge were one of the best. Very well stocked shop as well as excellent hire kit. Thank you Le Lodge team.
