  Mostly great, but my daughter was given skis that were quite a bit too big for her. She needed to try different boots after a couple of days and this change was v easy and the shorter skis when we realised worked great.

  All round fantastic service with new equipment... Great flexibility and knowledge and very good technical English when my French ran out! Always a pleasure to use Skimium and Le Lodge were one of the best. Very well stocked shop as well as excellent hire kit. Thank you Le Lodge team.

  I think given where we were staying we could have used the skimium rental oposite the apartment block we were in, instead of the one offered which was a couple of 100m's away.

  Staff can be particularly rude and dismissive I understand times can get busy but they need to manage customer expectations better without being rude and dismissive. It would help if some learnt better English. The majority of clients in this resort are English so they need to learn the language better. The equipment was excellent.
