  Not enough stock of Snowboards. Didn't have my size 42" mens. Old flimsy boards with too much flex given to me twice. Bindings didn't fit correctly either. We wasted a full day going back and forth for better boards.

  Setting the dates is a bit frustrating, perhaps it doesn’t work so well with certain phones/browsers. It’s clear if you can collect skis on the day before the first day of skiing.

  4 of us ordered the all mountain pack, after one day we exchanged to the gold pack and received the same skis as one of the party had on the original booking. This says to me that the packs received were not all mountain or necessarily the gold pack. The boots were not as new as expected and previously used another rental shop in resort which gave a better service and equipment. As a party we all agreed we wouldn’t use this rental shop again and return to our previously used shop. Was worth trying a different place but overall not as good as we had expected.
