Verified review3rd time renting from a Skimium shop - first two times (at les arcs and val thorens) the experience was excellent, this time, I would say the store can improve on a few things. Generally, equipment was quite beat up, particularly the ski boots. It is possible that everything decent was rented out at the time but what was offered needed replacement. While the person running the store was trying to help, he was visibly annoyed and mumbling when he had to go and look for another pair of boots. I had to return after a couple of hours to yet again replace the boots provided as they were not comfortable nor safe to ski with. It was an empty shop, no other customers at the time therefore there was no need for frustration from his part in my opinion.

Verified reviewI reserved two sets of skis with ski boots. When we arrived to pick up the equipment, everything was prepared, but the ski boots didn't fit. We requested and received replacements. I was lucky and got newer ski boots that fit perfectly, but the skis were longer than they should have been. However, my son didn’t get suitable ski boots or skis.

Verified reviewI have used Skimium for a number of years now and I don't think I have ever been disappointed We were particularly pleased this year the shop was near our apartment, the equipment was perfect and the gentleman in the store could not do enough to help us, he went above and beyond and so friendly.
