    Helpful, friendly and very efficient. Needed a bit of equipment adjustment after my first day skiing, which wasn’t a problem and involved some friendly chat, a joke and advice. Excellent staff.

    The website is easy to use. At the shop in Les Contamines the staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help customers get the best experience. Happy to change equipment if there is a problem or you just wish to try a different pair of skis or boots. Every year it’s like greeting old friends.

    The team are always most friendly and helpful. We were so fortunate to get the last week of skiing of the season. I hope the team have been able to stay employed during this difficult time, and of course have stayed well
