    Despite having all our info in advance the store (Carrel sport) was totally unprepared for us and even had to go to another shop to get the right size snowboard, messing a longer wait. My 12 year old son was given heavy adult skis which weighed more than mine rather than the junior performance skills we'd ordered, so we had to come back and swap them after 1 day. I got the feeling they simply supplied what they had in stock rather than what the customer had ordered - ie no planning ahead based on internet orders placed in advance.

    Equipment was very good, ski and snowboard boots comfortable and in good condition. We were able to pick the gear up the day before we hired it from a very helpful assistant
