  Generally simple but very easy to go back to the default shop rather than the one closest in town. This resulted in one of our group to walk right across town

  The equipment were ok and easy to book. However I had to buy a globe because mine was lost. After I got the hotel I found my glove and return do the store to do a reimbursement or change for another product but the guy told me that was not allowed. So I got disapointed

  The branch is very small and they didn't have a lot of equipment to spare I felt that I did not get the quality of the equipment I ordered

  We had pre booked our skis and snowboards. When we arrived at the hire shop, which was quiet at the time, they had hardly any equipment left and we feel that the top equipment we had pre paid which was the experience piste pack for was not the quality of equipment we should have received. It clearly states on our booking/voucher that our equipment will be waiting for us, this defiantly wasn't the case. They tried to give myself some off piste wide skis as that is all they had in the shop!! As I refused them they had to call someone to bring skis from somewhere else. One positive was the staff were very polite.

  Only reason this is not a 5 star is that I paid for tops skis but I am not sure I got them. It would be better if you paid for actual skis and then you could check the level you receive ( I.e you pay for Atomic 123 X skis)

  the website was easy to work with - though it did have a bit of a snag when moving from Checkout to actually paying - but overall the booking process was easy enough to handle. Customer service is great as well, we were very well taken care of there.

  We forgot credit card and couldnt receive skies for long time in the shop not close to club med,after we lost already almost an hour,and we missed our instruction because of that

  Fantastic ski hire for a 4 day trip in Val Thorens. The team were extremely helpful and the equipment was great. Quick service too and they also let us extend by half a day at no cost which was much appreciated so we could make the most of the final morning. Will definitely use again

  Staff very friendly and helpful. The choice of skis was a bit limited because we didn't collect them until the Sunday morning. However, the staff let me try two different pairs before settling on a third. Overall, a very good experience, and I would recommend them highly.
