  We rented a snowboard for a day but choice was limited and staff in first shop that we went to (Altiloc 2300) wasn't very helpful and knew little about snowboards. We then went to Peclet shop and staff there was great and we managed to change the board for one that better suited us

  The guys at Skiloc 2300 were superb. Lovely people, funny, nice and jolly. Well done them. All was fine. Minor point - I had to make a change to the original booking, but could not do online, so emailed twice but this did not get to them. It did not matter in the end as they just accommodated anyway, but just for info. Steve

  I did not get the skies that was pictured on the webside. When I told the man behind the desk, he said it was does I have ordered, but it was not. The skies I got was a lot lower quality than them I ordered

  I was dissapointed with the quality of the equipment provided. I chose skimium as I was the director of textiles for decathlon in Villeneuve D'Ascq and have a strong loyalty to Decathlon, but the quality of the equipment provided was poor.

  Very easy to book only improvement would be the option to amend the booking rather than cancel whole thing and rebook, this was easy to do but meant waiting for the refund

  Although detailed to add height and weight etc, it was worth it, as when in the shop it was so fast to collect and set up equipment. The guys in the shop were so positive and helpful.

  Booked for intermediate lessons. Got left in the beginner group with individuals that hadn’t skied before (including adding brand new beginners each day.) If you don’t have enough bookings to support a level, that’s not my fault. Resulted in being left with beginners despite having skied before slowing progress and wasting time doing beginner stuff (like how to put on skis…) Would avoid in the future.

  The store didnt have the right sizes. And only old boots, i only used the rental for 1 day. Returned on the end of the same day, i have send a e-mail for possíble refund of part of the rental. Didn’t have any return
