  The guys at Skiloc 2300 were superb. Lovely people, funny, nice and jolly. Well done them. All was fine. Minor point - I had to make a change to the original booking, but could not do online, so emailed twice but this did not get to them. It did not matter in the end as they just accommodated anyway, but just for info. Steve

  I did not get the skies that was pictured on the webside. When I told the man behind the desk, he said it was does I have ordered, but it was not. The skies I got was a lot lower quality than them I ordered

  The guys at Skiloc 2300 in Val Thorens were so helpful, making our whole experience a pleasure. They were fast, and handled the kids really well and I would happily recommend Skimium to anyone visiting Val Thorens. Thank you so much!

  I was dissapointed with the quality of the equipment provided. I chose skimium as I was the director of textiles for decathlon in Villeneuve D'Ascq and have a strong loyalty to Decathlon, but the quality of the equipment provided was poor.

  Although detailed to add height and weight etc, it was worth it, as when in the shop it was so fast to collect and set up equipment. The guys in the shop were so positive and helpful.

  Booked for intermediate lessons. Got left in the beginner group with individuals that hadn’t skied before (including adding brand new beginners each day.) If you don’t have enough bookings to support a level, that’s not my fault. Resulted in being left with beginners despite having skied before slowing progress and wasting time doing beginner stuff (like how to put on skis…) Would avoid in the future.

  The store didnt have the right sizes. And only old boots, i only used the rental for 1 day. Returned on the end of the same day, i have send a e-mail for possíble refund of part of the rental. Didn’t have any return

  I has happily surprised by the speed and ease of getting equipment sorted. They were very accommodating when I had to change size of my boots, and also easily allowed me to extend the rental.

  The quality of the hire equipment was very high, for the amount of money that they cost. The staff were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially when I needed to change my boots, due to the first ones being not quite the right fit. I would highly recommend and use skimium again for any future ski holiday.

  Booking through skimium was overall very easy and good. The issue came with the poor quality of equipment I ended up getting for what was described to me as “premium”.

  We did not have to wait even though we arrived on a busy Saturday. (We were able to arrive a little earlier than the evening rush). Two members of the group needed to swap their boots, and help and advice was given. I particularly appreciated being able to have different rental periods on the same order for those arriving on different days. Looking for a suggestion for improvement, perhaps offer advice on how boots should fit and how to put them on to help the skiers.
