Verified reviewHad one slight problem in that my daughter has wide feet and the brand of boot given initially was too narrow. We went back after a couple of runs and changed it but worth looking out for. But service was very smooth and team were very friendly

Verified review3 of us ordered the "downhill experience" pack. I'm not sure we got that. We all had different skis. I was expecting relatively new skis, with good grip and well looked after. Im not sure we got that. My perception was the skis were no different from the "emotion" pack i rented the year before. The skis were ok, didn't spoil our holiday in any way. I just feel like we didn't get what we paid for. We didn't return the skis for exchange because it was difficult after a days skiing to do this, and the skis were "ok", just nothing special. So overall not a big problem , just a slight bad feeling we didn't get what we paid for. We do not have expert knowledge about skis. We trust you to supply what we opted for when we ordered. Im not sure our trust was fulfilled.
