  Superb service! The guys here couldn't do enough. They adjusted my friends boots to help him wear them tighter. The skis were a new all mountain model for this season and they really were excellent and maintained perfectly! A dream to ski! Also after you've returned your skis after a long day you can nip upstairs and enjoy a drink in the warm and welcoming café. Action is a real throwback to an old school Swiss army knife of a ski shop! I will definitely be returning here next time I visit Morzine. Cheers guys, Jon

  As per my review on Google, me and my group received excellent service from Skimium - ACTION SPORT. We booked 10 sets of skis on the Skimium website ahead of our trip to Morzine in March. We arrived to collect the skis at 18:30 on Sunday evening (30 minutes before closing). The Skimium staff provided great service and were extremely efficient. Our group was attended to by three staff members within minutes of arriving. The equipment and boots were in good condition and served us well for the week of our stay. One of our group required a boot change midweek due to a sizing issues. This was done without any issues or charge. Would recommend and use again.

  Really helpful staff. No issues with communicating in english. The equipment was perfect and they made sure that it fitted well. You can store the equipment there every day and pick it up the next morning. The whole process was really easy and quick, including the boking itself. I'd highly recommend this place.

  The service was polite, efficient and my ski and boot hire were some of the best I have used. There was no one else in the shop when I arrived (Saturday Midday), I was in and out within five minutes! The person that served me confirmed all my booking details and even double checked if I was happy with my choice and gave me the option to alter it. I very good experience, can highly recommend Skimium for ski hire. I will use again should I return to Morzine.

  The reason I gave a 3 star rating is that I booked our skis early to take advantage of the 'early booking discounted charges', there was a mix-up apparently which resulted in my booking being cancelled and me having to re-book my ski package, this resulted in the charges being more expensive than my first booking, even with the discount code given I still paid more for my package than my first booking. In the past I paid a deposit then paid the balance on completion of my holiday and only paying for the days used, now I have to pay up front regardless of whether we used our skis for the full days booked or not, 3 of my party did not use the full 8 days but I did not get a refund for the un-used days, this would not have happened before you changed your payment policy, I may have to look at alternative ski hire companies although I don't want to leave Action Sports in Morzine as we have gotten very friendly with the owner of Action Sports who is, and has always been the most helpful and friendliest of people.

  I would highly recommend the Skimium shop. ACTION SPORTS 543 Avenue du joux plane Morzine. The manager was so helpful and the staff were great and took their time fitting boots and skis. Would definitely go back there again.
