Verified reviewWhen hiring skis we dealt with a very grumpy attendant who did not seem at all interested in helping us. We were handed two different boots one of which didn’t then fit the skis. It cost us half a day on the slopes as we didn’t realise until we were at the top of the telecabin and had to come back down. He was then unapologetic and it continued to be difficult to get his attention and help. I’ve been skiing for 25 years and this jsby far the worst service I’ve received.

Verified reviewAnother excellent ski rental. I had such great service from the rental team in Avoriaz in January that I chose Skimium again in Champagny and I wasn't disappointed. The team were friendly and very helpful. My friend was so impressed she's going to use Skimium going forward.

Verified reviewThe shop had a good range of ski and boarding equipment of which a lot looked quite new. The older gentlemen in the shop was very, very helpful and was happy to discuss any changes to equipment etc and listened to any concerns. The younger (maybe late 20s/30s) wasn't as helpful and quite dismissive to us girls with a shoulder shrug. If you have an option speak to the more mature gentleman in the shop to get a better service. The shop doesn't have lockers but you can leave your boots there during the day after you've changed and your hired ski equipment at night. They also have a nice range of clothing and accessories that you can buy at competative prices.
