Verified reviewSylvie was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable. I have always struggled with ski boot rental causing severe pain/burning in the sole of my feet. I’d just accepted that this was ‘part of skiing’ by this point. Just from this information and her settings to my skis Sylvie sized me up perfectly and fitted me with boots that for the first time ever did not hurt at all over a weeks stay. We will be back to Thollon and she will be the my first point of call for ski hire!
