  The equipment looked really old and scruffy. It worked ok but my little boys boots were really worn down on the heal and the liner looked worn out. The skis looked to be 4-5 seasons old No cheaper than some of the other shops with better equipment.

  They had all our equipment ready on arrival which was great, glad we did not go on a busy day to avoid waiting times. Equipment was not the best we have hired in previous trips from different suppliers.

  Hired skis only. They we're waiting for me. Just needed bindings adjusted. After a 10min que I was in and out within 5min. Only thing that would be nice is a slightly later closing time or a slightly earlier opening time on arrival days / weekends.

  the ski edges are poorly sharpened, no one was interested in the length of the skis that I prefer, instead they gave me soft crap 10 cm shorter than I like.

  The location was very good, really close to the St. Gervais lift, and with parking spaces outside the shop door. The service was great: our equipment was ready waiting for us, and the attendant was very helpful providing adjustments until we were all happy. Drop off was super-easy and quick.

  no facilities to keep our hire equipment in the store overnight. This was not stipulated on any details so we had to carry our skis etc back and forth to the slopes everyday with 5 children. previous skimkium shops have allowed us to store our skis and boots overnight.
