Verified reviewBooking experience was fine on-line, but I had to cancell the rental while in resort due to injury after 1 days usage (equipment was returned on day 1 of hire). The shop was unable to refund my cancellation as it was an on-line booking, I had to get a medical certificate for evidence of injury and a certificate from the shop that hire equipment was returned. Now I'm claiming refund on-line which is proving difficult due to language barriers and not not understanding that I only had 1 days use of the ski's as the shop certificate shows pick-up of ski's day before hire period, so instead of 5 days to be refunded, they are assessing it as 4 days to be refunded!
