  Possibly the best kit we have ever had. For me the boots were the most comfortable ever. The girls helmets were very clean and in really good condition. Pick up and drop off quick and easy.

  None of the equipment advertised on the website was available despite requesting it weeks in advance. We had to make do with equipment is cheaper packages than what we had paid for due to limited availability. I have requested a part refund in store but still awaiting any progress on this.

  This was my 6th skiing trip to Courchevel where I had used Skimium which speaks volumes. Pleasant, helpful and competent staff combined with a very convenient location make it my ideal choice. I needed to change my boots as there is always a difference between wearing them in the shop and actually skiing in them. This wasn’t a problem.

  None of the ski's advertised on the website as gold all mountain were available in the rental shop. The did not hold any of the advertised ski's in their stock therefore I consider the Skimium website to be engage in false advertising.

  A few issues with dates on the booking through the website, then when trying to request a change this the order could not be amended and needed to rebook? I have to add the actual shop in Courchevel 1650 was fantastic and sorted out these issues.

  Initially there was a mix up when I booked equipment in November and no confirmation sent. Skimium managed to find the booking and it was all sorted out by them, efficiently and professionally.

  Really difficult to use for an English-speaking user, even though I've done it for several years. Wanted to add insurance but missed the place so had to cancel the booking and redo it. Made more difficult by the complications of contacting Skimium. They did help but the language problem made it tricky for me to understand what was happening. I'm grateful for the help but I found it worrying that I might have paid twice.

  The staff was not only welcoming, but anticipated my arrival greeting me by name as I walked up to the rental stand. The skis were fabulous, perfect for the conditions and characteristics of the mountain. I wanted to take them home with me when the week was over. It was a fabulous experience!

  We use Skimium every time we are in Courchevel 1650 now, it is convenient for the escalator/lifts and the staff are friendlier as we've become regulars.
