With a family of seven—including both younger and older kids—we know we can be a lot, but the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. They took the time to answer all our questions, re-check sizing when needed, and carefully measure feet to make sure the boots fit perfectly. Not a single complaint from anyone (which says a lot!). The service felt so warm and personal, it honestly felt like we’d known them forever. Prices were very reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you for the patience, care, and top-notch service—highly recommended!

Verified reviewWe were really pleased with the skis and the friendly helpful service. The shop is very close to the lift and they let us leave the skis and our boots in their locker each night which was very convenient. We have hired from there before and would definitely choose them again.
