Verified reviewThis was my 6th skiing trip to Courchevel where I had used Skimium which speaks volumes. Pleasant, helpful and competent staff combined with a very convenient location make it my ideal choice. I needed to change my boots as there is always a difference between wearing them in the shop and actually skiing in them. This wasn’t a problem.

Verified reviewNone of the ski's advertised on the website as gold all mountain were available in the rental shop. The did not hold any of the advertised ski's in their stock therefore I consider the Skimium website to be engage in false advertising.

Verified reviewA few issues with dates on the booking through the website, then when trying to request a change this the order could not be amended and needed to rebook? I have to add the actual shop in Courchevel 1650 was fantastic and sorted out these issues.

Verified reviewReally difficult to use for an English-speaking user, even though I've done it for several years. Wanted to add insurance but missed the place so had to cancel the booking and redo it. Made more difficult by the complications of contacting Skimium. They did help but the language problem made it tricky for me to understand what was happening. I'm grateful for the help but I found it worrying that I might have paid twice.
