Gear was good quality, only drawback I wasn't able to collect night before skiing so we lost a good bit of ski time on our first day.

We went to the shop at the bottom of the mountain where we were supposed to go to collect our equipment. We were greeted with a huge school trip, at 9am, and was told we’d be better off going up the mountain to the sister shop. We did this and after a long queue into this shop we were charged again for warranty and theft protection despite me explaining that I had already paid for this online but was told it wouldn’t count as it was through Skimium not their shop. We didn’t get on the slopes till 10:30am after all this.
