Verified reviewMy skis were excellent, although my son's skis whilst good were not as good. When he had to change them the replacement options were limited with no skis of the same or longer length (we had already taken skis at the lower end of a normal length for our ability and snow conditions). That was slightly frustrating. But all skis were well maintained.

Yeah what’s the point? That was a month ago already. Too late. Maybe carry good skis or don’t offer “exclusive” high end expensive packages to people. That would be fair.

Verified reviewFairly satisfied. Partly my fault, however service when present at skimium was relatively poor. I had booked for an intermediate snowboard, however when booking I had booked my physical height as 155cm rather than my board as 155cm. When I showed up they had seen that I was far bigger than 155cm and they had to quickly sort a board out for me. However this board was definitely not an intermediate board and the bindings were genuinely un-useable. I came in after one day to swap them out, only to get another beginners board and another set of terrible bindings. I decided to just suck it up and I got used to them, however I do wish I could’ve gotten an intermediate or advanced board with some much more reliable bindings.
