  The lifts are all closed in the last day of reservation, but Skimium official refused to refund for the last day. That makes nonsense.

  Yeah what’s the point? That was a month ago already. Too late. Maybe carry good skis or don’t offer “exclusive” high end expensive packages to people. That would be fair.

  Fairly satisfied. Partly my fault, however service when present at skimium was relatively poor. I had booked for an intermediate snowboard, however when booking I had booked my physical height as 155cm rather than my board as 155cm. When I showed up they had seen that I was far bigger than 155cm and they had to quickly sort a board out for me. However this board was definitely not an intermediate board and the bindings were genuinely un-useable. I came in after one day to swap them out, only to get another beginners board and another set of terrible bindings. I decided to just suck it up and I got used to them, however I do wish I could’ve gotten an intermediate or advanced board with some much more reliable bindings.

  Really friendly welcoming staff, equipment was high standard and well maintained. Hire cost was very reasonable price. Would hire from SKIMIUM again.

  Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly they gave me confidence that the equipment hired for our children was suitable and safe. Even though we went at the busiest time, we didn't have to wait too long.
