  Paid for top end skis, but they were at least 3 years old, top layer was badly chipped in multiple places on both skis. Skis didn’t appear to have been waxed and had multiple deep scratches. Upon returning them they then tried to blame me for the scratches! We had taken photographs before accepting them, so recommend you do the same.

  Staff are professional. We arrived an hour before they close to pick up our gears and there were no wait. Return right after we finished our last day of skiing didn't take long too.

  We rent our ski equipment from Skimium every year when we visit La Rosiere. Flo and the team are excellent, and always provide a friendly and efficient service with great value. The store has a great range of up to date equipment and a superb range of accessories. The shop is ideally located a very short distance from La Rosiere 1850 chair and drag. We couldn't recommend more highly.

  Very quick and knowledgeable service. Also, while I was at lunch one day, another customer accidentally took my skis from the rack and the shop were very helpful. They sorted it out quickly and if they hadn't, they would have replaced the skis. Very understanding.

  Very friendly. Helpful with swapping out uncomfortable boots and switching equipment when we snowboarded for a day. Shop owner helped me try many pairs of goggles then in the end I didnt purchase but no animosity and no pressure to buy - very impressed. Please my friends bought them for me in the end for all his help!!

  We have used the SKIMIUM shop in La Rosiere many times before and always go back. The store provides excellent equipment and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff seem to bend over backwards to help with their customers needs and we found returning equipment on one of their busiest end of weeks really easy with only a short queue. They have a returns system which seems to work well.

  Used Skimium many years now. Excellent service both prior to making reservation and when in resort. Friendly staff, always happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble. In fact we still used them for our ski hire this year even though they were not our closest hire shop.

  The store and staff in La Rosiere were fantastic. They took time to ensure the equipment was correct and the fit perfect. Our expectations were high as we have used Skimium in other resorts and they didn’t fail to achieve and surpass them. A great team and company offering great service, good value and quality equipment. I have no doubts in my mind that we will use Skimium again on our next trip to La Rosiere as no one else can match what they had to offer. Look forward to seeing them in 2021.....
