  We were lucky that the store was quiet and we had a helpful member of staff who got the four of us sorted in no time. A very good experience and one we'll be happy to repeat.

  very good service. they have change for me from snowboard to skis 2-3 times - no charge

  The service was mediocre and the employees appeared arrogant and inattentive. They sent us out of the shop without adjusting the size of the bindings to the boots and without adjusting to the correct weight. There were only one other couple in the store than us -so it shouldn’t be hard to deliver a more appealing service.

  Relatively easy to do but skis ordered were not the standard given. Really unclear what standard of ski you are providing and for the amateur difficult to tell just by looking.
