Verified reviewSkimium is not properly linked with Alber. I was given terrible silver level skies when I paid for the platinum equivalent, giving me a terrible day of skiing when I only had two days total. I have been promised a full refund due to this error but still waiting

Verified reviewOn both the pick up, changing the equipment and the return at the end of the high period the staff in the Shop were super helpful, responsive and available. I would definitely use them again.

Verified reviewExcellent staff and equipment but long wait times and process not clear on arrival so sometimes standing in the wrong queue - signs explaining the process would be better (eg you have to sign in on the laptop round the corner, then queue for boots then queue for skis, etc).
