Verified reviewGreat service and really kind and helpful staff. The first set of boots didn't fit quite right and the staff went out of their way to find a pair with a better fit. The store is open all day too which was great as we were arriving at lunch time and a lot of other ski shops are closed for a couple of hours in the day. Location is perfect, right next to the ski lift.

Verified reviewEveryone in the store was very friendly. The service was quick and it didn't take long before all four of us had our skis, boots and helmets. We also booked a locker for storage, which was very convenient as the store is just opposite the cable car. Will definitely recommend.

Verified reviewMy daughter has a very difficult size for her feet and first ski boots we rented were too narrow. We had to go back to Penz to try to change them. It was nothing too much for the staff at Skimium! They were very patients and gave my daughter a variety of boots to try until she found the best size ones. We are very pleased with our experience at Pierre Penz in Hameau du Lay, we keep on coming back every year and will deffinetely return in the future. Strongly recommended.
