    I went in a group of 14 people, and the staff was very receptive and friendly; we collected the equipment quickly. During the rental period, we had to change equipment on three occasions which happened with no hassle.

    There was one pair of poles missing and we lost some time trying to contact the store to solve it. My daughter skis didn’t slide. We asked for assistance but nobody showed up to wax them or change them and I had to rent another pair os skis for her at the ski station.

    The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. I loved my experience at the store. I couldn’t rent my gear the first day because I had a personal emergency so they allowed me to come back the next day without any hassle.

    as I said, my equipment was quite tired. the boots were non waterproof. An experienced snowboarder looked at my board in a telecabin and told me he couldn’t believe Inhad been given it. It was completely unwaxed.

    The online booking system is at best poor. Our party all booked our equipment but for some reason or other it did not translate to the order when we went to pick up which led to confusion and additional cost. Nothing wrong with the equipment but little sympathy shown by the staff for the errors made in their own system. I'm afraid we will be going elsewhere next year as we were far from impressed which is a shame as we are long standing customers.

    Ideal location close to the slopes and my hotel, win win. Great range of equipment for adults and children too, I took my daughters boots back because she wasn’t happy and got a refit no problem for the staff.

    Everyone in the store was really friendly. Only hiccup was that on entry I was sent over fo fitting but wasn’t asked if I already made the booking online. So I was sorted out with skis and boots but the problem was only realised when I was asked to pay again

    I thought that I had booked an off piste package for three days however I had to pay for an additional day of touring bindings and did not receive any rebate for one of the days I had booked on line . I was a bit confused.

    the store didn't deliver what was promised (Multi-dates services). My brother joined me for a couple of days so we went to the store to rent him some skies. The store didn't applied the same discount I had on my reservation, even when I added his skies to mine same reservation.

Moreover, no modification can be made on your reservation (adding or deleting equipment) in store. Any additional equipment will be added at the store price without Internet discount.     And also, as a Flexi Option I had the right to have the last day of rental costs refunded in case of a Early departure. The store just returned me 1/4 of that value when I returned the skies early. very disappointed. 3. Early departure Refund of the last day of rental costs in the case of early departure (only valid on reservations of more than 3 days)
