  Great knowledgeable staff and swift process to pick up the skis. Fantastic range of skis for all levels and super helpful when I needed to change my skis mid week.

  Excellent Service by really friendly staff. The only Downside is the size of the shop when customers want skis at very busy times. My skis were excellent.

  Go upstairs for paperwork and then downstairs for skis system a little odd - and not flagged in advance, so I queued theee times. Once in ski queue (to be told to go upstairs), then upstairs (for paperwork) and then back to the back of the ski queue.

  My experience with this ski rental store was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure my comfort by exchanging my ski boots for more comfortable ones.

  All very straight forward and a breeze to use with easy understandable categories for the equipment in terms of level and use. Just a shame that the person helping us iuin the shop was useless and the standerd of the equipment was poor.
