  Long waiting time and pretty inefficient system for picking-up equipment. I have pre-filled all my measurements regarding weight, height, ski level etc., but they ask the exact same questions and take the same measurements in store.

  The first set of skis I was given were both delaminated and had to be returned the next day. The second set weren’t delaminated but looked old. The ski’s I hired for my daughter were also looked well worn despite paying for the performance package. She complained her boots were too tight and the server said they’d soften off with moving around however we had to return them for another set the day and her toes were all blistered. My friends had hired from other stores and had skis that looked newer and in much better condition. The girl we retired our skis to at the end of our trip was very pleasant and efficient if I was to look for a positive. I would not use this store again.

  Didn’t receive the specific skis I asked for, but the skis I received were in good condition and functioning similarly to my specific choice! Speedy pickup and return, superb ski boots ( highly recommend the boa boots )

  Superb service! I rented skis and took my own boots. Told them that sometimes they cramp up so they suggested and got me fitted for a better insole which made a huge difference. Thankyou for amazing service.

  Not much to say except that this was very easy and straight forward, came in got my ski rental gear straight away with no fuss, gear was in excellent condition and had no issues at all with it. Dropping off the equipment at the end was equally as straight forward. Would highly recommend using this store for ski rentals.

  I decided to rent at your place because i saw at tour website that you have all mountain ski but you dont - i usually sky with ski 90-97 under foot i was disappointed to find that you don’t have ski like that in your shop

  Best ski hire shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with one ski and they quickly resolved and even gave me better skis. We didn't feel judged for being beginners and the boots were best I've worn.

  Heel binding on one of the Skis was broken, causing it to slowly slide back by itself while skiing. Ski came off on the Arolles black run so I had to slide part of the icy run on my body causing me bruising which made sitting and skiing uncomfortable for the rest of the trip. Lucky, considering how much worse my injuries could have been. Person issuing the equipment seemed dazed/confused the entire time. And this is perhaps why the broken binding wasn't noticed. Would have had to walk 1km uphill in Ski boots had i not known how to adjust a heel binding myself. Store representative confirmed that the heel binding was broken, justifying it saying it was "very rare". Clearly not stringent enough testing of equipment before issuance! Store representative then gave me an email to contact regarding a refund, but when I emailed this address I received a automatic reply saying I required an "exceptional refund form" from the store. This clearly should have been told to me in the store, alone with the form.

  The store is easy to find in the centre of Val Thorens. The staff were very patient and helpful, particularly Roman, who helped with our boot fitting. Collecting our equipment at 3pm the day before meant that there were no queues and no pressure. Equipment was not pristine, it was late in the season, but was all perfectly good condition and worked well. Thanks Team Skimium!

  Good prices, convenient location and all the personnel were really helpful. I had to change my boots after the first day and my sons ski brake broke. Both issues were sorted out with no fuss

  Peclet is a small shop with less equipment than the others. There was no queue unlike Skiset next door. I pre booked and no problems picking up, i just felt that the skis we had were not the standard that I had booked

  We rented skis from Skimium at Peclet ski service in Val Thorens. We were really satisfied with this service, it was very quick and easy to both rent and return the skis and also swap skis during the week for snowboards for only a minimal charge. Also got a great group offer on the skis with all the discounts offered online by Skimium. I highly recommend and will we using this service again upon returning to Val Thorens.

  Super fast and easy procedure with getting ski equipment, friendly stuff and no problems with getting new pair of skies when ones you get at the begging weren't working for you. I didn't like some hidden costs that appear at the end of booking, extra 4€ there, 2€ here, and it gets around 15€ more than you wanted to spend.
