It was a good service in general. My boots that they initially gave me was started to hurt my legs after 1 day but they have changed them easily.

The shop was hard to find, hidden in a shopping mall. However, the service was excellent. Alex was expert in finding me boots that fitted well and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
