Verified reviewI actually never got to the shop as it was way out of the resort. The one shown on the map was close to our accommodation but the shop we booked was too far away. We rang Skimium and were told that we couldn't change the booking and were not allowed a refund due to their T &C's. So we paid over 200 euros for skies we didn't use. Skimium said that we couldn't change the booking as the skis would be all ready for us which is utter rubbish.I would like to know who pocketed our 200 euros..I would not trust Skimium in the future.

Verified reviewHad a great experience hiring ski equipment for a group of four. The helmets, boots, poles, and skis were all in great condition. Pre-booking meant we were in and out within 30 minutes without feeling rushed. After our first day, a couple of us wanted to swap boots as they were uncomfortable during use — no problem at all. The team swapped them out with “no questions asked.” Returning the gear was very simple and fast. Big shout-out to Tommy, who was a great laugh and super helpful. The whole team showed plenty of patience with us Englishmen and had the language skills to match.
