Verified reviewI was told at the end of my trip that I needed to pay £25 for a warranty I didn't take. When I originally booked online I purposefully did not select the extra insurance. Then in the store the person (who didn't speak English) proceeded to add this extra to my account. Upon leaving after a week I was expected to pay this extra money. If they had asked for this money up front when I picked up the equipment I could have told them I don't want to pay it. I felt like a hostage. I didn't want it, I never agreed to it but they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid it. Very disappointing and other should be very careful this doesn't happen to them
