  The shop is close to the bus stop into town and a short walk to the nearest lift. The skis and boots were in good condition. Boots fit well and we're as comfortable as they could be. Staff were friendly and happy to give advice on where to go

  The people in store were great. They spoke exceleent english but allowed me to speak my terrible French to them. More importantly they were attentive, helpful and quick.

  Staff friendly, however when we’ve hired from her previously they had scales to weigh people so they knew how heavy they were for skis but not this time and I wasn’t sure of exact weight of my children. Bring back the scales!

  The member of staff who served us was offhand. The other staff were better. We have used the same ski hire for 4 years. Usually it is v v good.

  Very easy booking and ski equipment was great. I previously had booked ski equipment last year but due to covid, had to cancel. Got my refund the following day, which was very impressive.
