Verified reviewQuality of snowboard gear available was very poor. Staff were pretty arrogant and not super forthcoming in making sure you have the right gear, they just assume you’re a clueless beginner and chuck whatever random gear they have at you irrespective of the package you bought. I ordered the black package and got an unwaxed snowboard that was scratched up and old bindings that were beaten up. Had to complain about the wax and demand a new board to then get another board which still wasn’t black package level compared to other rental places I have had in the past. Boots I had to come swap a few times as they were the wrong fit but they don’t bother to tell you that when you’re trying in store.

Verified reviewThe team in Cyrills were very friendly, helpfull and patient as we had 3 first time ski kids with us. They fitted the kids boots perfectly and had no problems in changing skis for slightly longer ones. We left all the kit in store and it was warm and dry the next day. I would thourgly reccommend Cyrills to all levels of skiers.

Verified reviewWe rented skis for myself, my wife, and our two daughters, as well as ski boots for our daughters, at CYRIL’S SPORT Skimium, and I highly recommend this shop. The main difference is the personal service from Cyril himself and his staff. He is always present and you can speak directly with him if you have any questions. Cyril works as a ski technician and bootfitter, making the adjustments personally in front of you and suggesting improvements to skis or boots when needed. The shop is very well located inside the Le Berger shopping center directly in front of the starting point of several ski lifts. You can leave your street shoes at the shop while skiing, and also store your skis and boots there overnight for the next day, so you don’t have to carry your equipment back to your accommodation. Professional, reliable, and personalized service. Highly recommended — ask for Cyril directly.
