  Cyril sports - the ONLY place to hire kit in ALPE DHUEZ. So glad I found this place and the 5* reviews were very accurate. I’ve never known such attentive and fabulous customer service (didn’t think I’d be writing this about something as basic as ski hire)

  Skis were ready after 6pm day before or morning of rental period - this is a little later than my experience in other shops (usually after 4:30pm). The skis set aside for me were not in the same category I had reserved however these were quickly changed for something closer to my expectation. They did provide a few options when asked. Skis were a new model and in good condition. Good value when bought with online discount.

  Myself and my four children had an amazing experience with the hire shop. From the moment we arrived and had ski fit done to the day we finished all the staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble which made our ski holiday very enjoyable. I had paid for the top set skis and they was very helpful when I wanted to try different styles of skis. The shop was recommended by a good friend who works for ESF as an instructor, Cookie and I will back that up. Great location also.

  Highly recommend this guy's for everyone. Have booked 3 ski sets for 4 days and they let us take one day brake on request whit no extra charge as we been in resort for five days but skiing only four days. The staff is extremely helpfull, every time we start or finish skiing someone always been helping us to take off or put on boots, also on the end off the every day we left ski boots in the shop and next morning they are dry and warm. My daughter had problems with ski boots after two days skiing and this guys replaced ski boots without any problems. So, I can say that this shop is the best in the resort!!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!

  Website appears to get confused easily. It wouldn't show any options for women at one stage and then took 2 payments and made 2 reservations but only sent 1 email confirmation. I Iost money because of the exchange rate when I got the refund for the second booking whicb I had to manually cancel. 1 year after I reported the problem, the website still shows the wrong start and end dates for bookings. The start and end dates do not agree with what is booked and what is shown on the confirmation emails.

  The skis didn't look great when we came to collect so they offered to wax overnight so we came back the next morning. That was good or bad depending how you look at it - should they not have been prepared already?
