Verified reviewVery friendly. Helpful with swapping out uncomfortable boots and switching equipment when we snowboarded for a day. Shop owner helped me try many pairs of goggles then in the end I didnt purchase but no animosity and no pressure to buy - very impressed. Please my friends bought them for me in the end for all his help!!

Verified reviewVery quick and knowledgeable service. Also, while I was at lunch one day, another customer accidentally took my skis from the rack and the shop were very helpful. They sorted it out quickly and if they hadn't, they would have replaced the skis. Very understanding.

Verified reviewWe have used the SKIMIUM shop in La Rosiere many times before and always go back. The store provides excellent equipment and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff seem to bend over backwards to help with their customers needs and we found returning equipment on one of their busiest end of weeks really easy with only a short queue. They have a returns system which seems to work well.

Verified reviewUsed Skimium many years now. Excellent service both prior to making reservation and when in resort. Friendly staff, always happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble. In fact we still used them for our ski hire this year even though they were not our closest hire shop.
