Answer by A AFlagYeah what’s the point? That was a month ago already. Too late. Maybe carry good skis or don’t offer “exclusive” high end expensive packages to people. That would be fair.

This was my 6th skiing trip to Courchevel where I had used Skimium which speaks volumes. Pleasant, helpful and competent staff combined with a very convenient location make it my ideal choice. I needed to change my boots as there is always a difference between wearing them in the shop and actually skiing in them. This wasn’t a problem.

I spent a week in Val D’Isere La Dailey in early January. I rented a premium package from Skimium, having booked online. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I hate a slight problem with a pole and they were quick to replace, no questions asked.

What a pleasure it is to give this review. Simple effective website. Reasonable prices. Excellent quality equipment that was ready for our arrival and did not need any adjustment. The staff were so helpful and we had good gear at a good price by ordering them online. We even bought our tickets in the store saving time on the slopes and they allowed my son to swap from skis to boarding so he could try both. The staff there were all so friendly and helpful.

Nice store and equipment I got in the end was good. I ordered premium equipment however when I was given boots they were obviously standard and quite old. Only for I asked for new boots, I’m not sure I would have been given them. With skis I tried to contact the shop before I went to get specific skis but it was hard to call or email them.

Fantastic ski rental shop and the closest to the lifts and the train to Mont Chery. We have always had great equipment from here and they are quick with fittings. You can either take your equipment with you or leave it at the shop every day. We have used them for years and highly recommend them.

I felt very unwelcome. The staff made very little effort to communicate with me. It was an uncomfortable collection and return experience. On return they said nothing to me and only when I prompted them for some sort of feedback that everything was alright did they say anything. At no point did they even ask my name. Won’t be using this shop again.

poor quality skis & boots & felt disorganised. Huge thing was the quality - really not good. Had to spend time returning the next day to swap the skis. Old skis. Paid for top package, but we did not get that at all.
