Verified reviewUpon arrival, delivery driver called me to come meet him due to being lost, prior to this I gave clear directions how to get to my address, he then said I’m not coming and for me to go and meet him to show him where to come. So I walked 10 minutes without clear direction of where he was. I managed to find him and the second delivery driver waited in the car while he carted the coffee table to my address. Then he continued to ask ‘are we there yet’ making me feel extremely uncomfortable. As we got to the address I have to carry the table myself with him up stairs. which I have health issues with heavy lifting and was expected to lift. All while the second delivery driver waited down the street in the van rather than relocating the van to my address. This was a terrible experience for me.

Verified reviewYes this was all good 5 stars for customer service - they even called me a few days before the delivery to check when I'd be available and to reassure me that the item would be delivered to the "room of my choice". I warned them that the room of my choice was up 2 flights of stairs with no lift and they reassured me again. So far so good - so 5 stars... Then when the item was actually delivered, the delivery man flatly refused to carry it up the stairs. That's why the one star for delivery So the message is Tikamoon - I love your good intentions and actions around customer service and delivery, but just make sure that your partner delivery company is on the same page! Huge disconnect and has done you more damage in my eyes than if you hadn't promised to deliver to the room of my choice at all!

Verified reviewExcellent quality coffee table which looks very handsome and justifies the price. It is very heavy. If it could have wheels on the bottom it would be perfect. Storage space is great too. Overall very positive experience. The only downside was having to wait a few months for the item, but the wait was worth it and the item was well packed and in perfect condition

Verified reviewWe have purchased a few things from you over the last year. The ease of ordering and speed of delivery is absolutely excellent, ichairs,. Tables and desks are packaged so wel that they are in perfect condition . A bench we purchased there was a slight problem with screws not being aligned, this was sorted quickly and easily with your customer services department. I can't think of another site that ticks all the service boxes in this way. Quality of everything we have is excellent. Can't say enough positives about it.
