Verified reviewThe overall quality of the furniture is excellent and the communications I also found was passable but the time to deliver without prior warning of such a delay was abissmal. Many an event opportunity passed by, and we were left waiting to host family a friends after moving for a very long time since the delivery also took a very long time, without offers of compensation. Overall the wait was nearly half a year after being told roughly 6 weeks at the beginning of the exchange this was then corrected to an extra month's delay and then delayed a third and fourth time. If the reputation hadn't already been so good I would've cancelled and asked for a refund but as it was we waited and received eventually all of what we ordered.

Verified reviewWe purchased dining chairs, bar stools and some bed side tables from Tikamoon. The furniture is all of high quality and seems very strong / robust. We are very happy. It does take a long time for delivery. We are in the UK, so that might impact things given the delay with customs.

Verified reviewProduct appears to be good quality and value for money. Site navigates well, but the whole experience was negative - info around delivery times was completely misleading, leading to us having to spend extra money on a temporary solution since the item arrived two months after initial delivery date was given. Contact with Tikamoon was poor, vague and very obviously done to obfuscate their shortcomings in terms of delivery issues. Wouldn’t be a problem if they’d been honest in the first place, but probably wouldn’t have put an order in with them if I’d known how long it would ACTUALLY take.

Please be aware that at no point do we hope to be vague in our estimates of the delivery but as the delay is with UK customs it is very difficult for us to commit to concreate timelines. Verified reviewUnfortunately, the mirror I ordered arrived broken but Tikamoon Customer Services were excellent in dealing with this. They offered to send a replacement mirror or issue a refund. They also arranged for a courier to attend to take away the broken mirror. It was a shame that the mirror was broken but I was very impressed with how quickly and helpfully Customer Services assisted me.
