Verified reviewPleased with the item and the dispatch time. Delivery company were pretty unhelpful in terms of arranging a mutually convenient delivery but, after a number of emails, managed to get it sorted. Delivery drivers were helpful and delivered upstairs to room of choice.

Verified reviewThe unit arrived with defective hinges and had obviously not been quality checked. Very disappointing response from customer service. To return I was expected to repack (buy new packaging) and take responsibility for return to France. I am still awaiting replacement hinges to see if this resolves issue. The unit is OK but no way worth £1000

I can confirm that this request is being processed and we are currently awaiting a replenishment of these items. We will continue to be in touch. In regards to returning an item, please be advised that we can book a free collection and do not expect you to take responsibility for a return. We do however require an item to be protected in some way to avoid it damaging other items in the couriers truck, this can be done with cling film, bubble wrap or spare cardboard. Verified reviewAll went reasonably well with the order. There was a period of time when we were unsure re. the delivery schedule and we did contact customer service. The delivery itself went well. But, the piece came in a huge piece of packaging, which was excellent for it,s protection, but the deivery company only deliver, I am a paraplegic and it was quite some task to take all the packaging off and the inner wrappaging and manoevere the sideboard safely from the box etc. with my wife,s assistance. Then of course we were left to dispose of all the considerable cardboard etc…….we were not expecting to have to do this. We assumed the delivery company would assemble the sideboard safely and check for any damage before leaving……..

Verified reviewI was positively surprised by the quality of the furniture I purchased. I bought a 6 dining chairs and two stools. They are really sold and built with good materials. There's no wiggle when you sit in the stools or chairs. I can tell these will last a life time. Oh, and they look terrific. Just like the photos on the site.
