Verified reviewThe coffee table should have been such a joy, but quality control has left something to be desired; it's just not the level at which we paid for. The table is made of natural materials, which is why I bought it, I understand that and in fact looked forward to enjoying the imperfections, but there are things that bother me once it arrived that are just craftsmanship and quality control issues—including a large crack in the marble, and gashed edges in the jade wood from manufacturer carelessness. I would like to take it up with Tikamoon for a partial refund to get the quality control issues solved by a local repair shop. I'm overall, disappointed in the product after months of excitedly waiting for it to arrive. I hope Tikamoon can restore my faith in their service.

I contacted customer services with a query following a deal on the website, and the difference in the money I had paid was refunded.

Verified reviewOrdering the products was easy. The desk, the table and the bench were the exact match of the images. The guides sent by email about the delivery was clear and the promises made about the dates were met. No harm was doing delivery, items were easy to assemble. And they look great and high quality. Overall everything went smoothly, will definitely purchase something else again. One thing you should be aware is the care section, make sure you bought something you can take care afterwards as some of them needs oiling every now and then. But the instructions we received after the delivery were quite helpful.

Verified reviewDelivery was very slow, the product name, and description is misleading. We thought we are buying a solid oak vanity unit but the truth is not. Check the small bullet points in the product detail you will find the trick. The stone pattern is very different from picture, the unit color also much darker.

Thank you for your review I am very sorry that you felt tricked, we use plywood with some of our units to allow them to be cut for additonal plumbing requirements and to keep the weight of drawers down where necessary. In regards to the delivery, as we are based in France our items need to pass through customs before arriving with you.
