Verified reviewAlthough the products are fabulous, the postage is incredibly high. I was disappointed as the goods arrived with Parcelforce not a specialist courier and I didn't expect to pay £50 postage for it to arrive with Parcelforce, particularly when it was just three small boxes. The company said it was high as goods came from France but there was no import duties/clearance so slightly odd but incredibly pleased with the quality of the goods.

Verified reviewI was a bit apprehensive about purchasing from Tikamoon, after reading a couple of negative reviews about their lack of communication and late deliveries, but my misgivings couldn't have been more wrong. It was straight forwarded placing the order, I was kept informed of how the delivery of our order was progressing and the table was delivered as promised, on time. I have no complaints at all, and would happily buy from Tikamoon again. I also have to mention the delivery company Tikamoon use - BJS who were excellent and also kept me up to date with the delivery and were very professional throughout.

Verified reviewLove the quality of my products, I got bedside tables for two bedrooms. A small wardrobe and a clothes rail & a bed head. They were all easy to assemble or ready made and were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I will be returning two of the smaller bed side tables as they were too short, which was my fault for not measuring first. Customer service was lovely and the process was easy. Would recommend and shop with again.

Verified reviewOrdered furniture with a 6 week delivery. No comms/ updates until week 5 when told that there was a delay for another 6 weeks due to 'customs' issues??? Kept having to contact you for updates after that. You did refund the delivery cost (after I expressed my disappointment) and whilst we are happy with the items (when finally delivered) and were looking to order something else, it does put a question mark over that decision.

Verified reviewVery disappointed to receive the mirror I ordered wrapped in polystyrene and plastic, clearly just mass produced in China (label confirmed this). Tikimoon is basically just green/sustainable marketing!

As we are based in France, our items need to travel a long way before they get to you and are at risk of becoming damaged. Unfortunately we need to use this bulky packaging to lower the risk of the mirror arriving smashed and then sending out another unit which would mean another driver etc. I will pass on your comments to our packaging team as we are always working to improve on this. Verified reviewThe Eden kitchen dresser came with damaged. Although stated that it would be lifted to first floor in the website delivery team refused to lift. Tikamoon we’re not able to rectify the situation properly in my opinion.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as the unit was too bulky and heavy for the couriers to lift up your stairs we offered the option to return the item for a full refund. As this was not suitable we then arranged for a further delivery by a different courier who advised that unfortunately it was not possible due to health and safety and access issues as they feared damaging your home. After this, there was sadly some issues reported on the unit and we offered the option to return the item for a full refund again, you instead opted to keep the unit at a reduced price. Unfortunately we believe we have done everything we can in this situation to help resolve the issue and are sorry that you are disappointed. Kind Regards Your Tikamoon Team
