Verified reviewFurniture exactly what I wanted, very impressed with packaging, so there was no chance it could get damaged in transit. Have been disappointed with other companies when items have arrived damaged or broken. My only complaint is time from ordering to delivery as website stated delivery in three weeks. But over all I am delighted with it.

Verified reviewThe bookshelf unit was delivered and the delivery drivers didn’t want to take it to the first floor so we had to lift ourselves. After unpacking we noticed the metal frame leant to the right considerably. Then it took a week to collect! After 6 week delivery lead time and then a week to process the return, we are still without a bookcase! Very frustrating and poor quality from Tikamoon for an expensive purchase.

I would like to point out that we had booked the collection for you as soon as we heard that you would like to return the item but you are required to confirm a date with our couriers for the collection, as this was not confirmed the collection was delayed. Verified reviewThis stand is not assembled on delivery although the website says it is! Incorrect information on website. Parts broken on arrival. Customer services extremely unhelpful.

We do not like to ship our items with their legs fixed as a standard due to an increase risk of damage in transit. The rest of the unit is assembled and not flat packed. Verified reviewI ordered a sink then cancelled it within minutes over the phone. Tikamoon have not returned my payment and when I call them tell me the cost was never taken, despite me showing them my Paypal statement when it was clearly deducted but not refunded. I have called and emailed several times but no one has sorted this issue out.
